You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused (or, if faulty, supported by photo/video evidence) and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Perishable items, live invertebrates, and any products specifically noted on the product page are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right.
3. Warranty Claims and Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

Upon verification, we will either repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not feasible within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon return of the product.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, a refund will be issued using your original payment method. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs
