1. Purchase Agreement

By purchasing an item from our store, you agree that: (i) you have read the full item listing before committing to buy; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and complete the checkout payment process.

2. Pricing

The prices for our products and services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

3. Returns and Refunds

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will either exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.

4. Damaged Products

For any product that was damaged upon delivery, please provide a photo or video via email within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will either exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.

5. Changes to Services

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

6. Warranty Claims

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

7. Product Usage

All products sold on our website, including but not limited to terrariums, invertebrates, terrarium supplies, spirulina, and mushrooms, are intended for non-consumable use only. These products are not for human consumption under any circumstances. Despite some products potentially having other uses in different contexts, customers must agree not to ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body any product purchased from our store. We will not be held responsible for any harm resulting from such actions.
